Tailgate with Team GRANE
During the month of July, Grane Hospice Altoona held their own tailgate lunches for facilities in the surrounding area. These lunches were held at Hillview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, The Winds at Mattern Orchard and Epworth Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Facility staff had the opportunity to enjoy lunch and conversation with some of the Grane Hospice Marketing staff.
