It is often said that “April Showers bring May Flowers“.  With that in mind, Grane Hospice Care is spreading some cheer this May to skilled nursing facilities, personal care homes, and assisted living facilities across the state. Grane Hospice will be planting “Grane Gardens” consisting of colorful spinning pinwheel flowers at partner facilities for all to enjoy.  Each garden will have 20-30 flowers of red, purple, blue, yellow, green, pink and orange.
